Regular, everyday people would expect a creep like Dr. Chitale to serve some prison time – lots of it – for sedating patients and molesting them. Unfortunately, not all doctors have friends like Joe Grubbs, whose office gave him a short county jail experience and 10 years of probation.
Oh, the medical license was revoked, too, but that’s not justice is it?
