Grubbs denied ever receiving the Hellstern incident report. His office “never” received any case and nothing was ever filed.

Well I have one better than that! When I was raped at knife point at the age of 13, Mr grubbs did not use my case against the man that raped me and now I have no victim rights or say so when it comes time for him to parole out. And when trying to contact his office about it, I get the run around.
